The diagram shows the four main types of teams. (The model is derived from Ruth Wageman’s work.) In reality, any team will spend time in several of the areas.

Do this collectively as a team, in the same room/meeting.  Doing it this way will be harder, and the results will be more effective, as long as the team is resilient enough to debate well together.

Use the tool to map out for real what kind of team you currently are.
